Location: Louisville, KY 

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt 

Reports To: Partner, Operations 

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Job Summary: 
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction of the apartments, a 270-unit portfolio multifamily apartment community. This role involves managing on-site staff, ensuring property maintenance, leasing, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding property management services. 

Physical Requirements:  

  • Ability to walk, climb stairs, and inspect properties, including outdoor areas, in various weather conditions.  
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds (e.g., files, supplies, or marketing materials).  
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
