Maintenance Technician

A growing real estate owner/ operator company seeks an experienced, high energy Maintenance Technician for a full-time position in Southern Indiana.

Duties and Qualifications:

• HVAC experience and certifications preferred

• Knowledge of plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentry repairs

• On-call duty and weekend work are required to perform on-call services

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

• Must be able to work with moderate to minimal direct supervision
